Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of evidence-based interventions. Your expertise will help empower clients to achieve meaningful progress and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure treatment effectiveness and inform ongoing care strategies.
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, interns and support staff to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote generalization of skills across settings.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and legal standards are met.
- Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing progress reviews to support comprehensive behavioral health services.
Requirements
- Valid certification and license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
- Proven experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards.
- Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and deliver patient-centered care.
- Experience working within HIPAA guidelines to protect client privacy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, teams, and stakeholders involved in behavioral health services. Work Location: In person
RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)
Full-Time /Part-Time
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training techniques.
- Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
- Follow and record data for prescribed toilet training protocols.
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
- Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Utilize safe & appropriate handing procedures when working with clients.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation Please note: you must be able to transport yourself.
- Are willing to travel to and from clients’ homes within 40-50 minutes of your location
- Are able to stand and stay on your feet for prolonged periods of time
- Are able to bend, kneel, crouch and lift weight of up to 50 lbs
- Possess valid CPR certification
- Are able to pass background clearance and reference checks
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; however, possessing some college experience, or college degree is preferred but not required

- Behavioral Technician 2-5: Various Experience & Education Levels
EXPERIENCE:
- Required: None
- Preferred: Experience working with children ages 0-10 providing in a classroom, home or 1:1 setting; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis;
